Support » Plugin: Cloudflare » Won’t work on domain mapped network

  • There is a serious flaw…it wont work in a multi-site setup…please review the following scenario:

    1. WordPress Multi-Site Network subfolder set up
    2. User has cloudflare account with multiple domains
    3. User logs into admin with https://networkdomain/subblogname/wp-admin and enters in the cloudflare api

The plugin is only working for the network domain…taking no regard for the subblog domain.

Suggestion, on a per domain basis, give credentials with api key, email, AND the domain name… doesn’t work. Easy fix…and if not fixed this is a dead plugin.

  • Hi,

Unfortunately we don’t officially support WordPress MU. That being said are you on the latest version of the plugin? I think the scenario you’re describing was fixed in this PR.

We welcome PRs from the community as well if you can fix this in a way that is backwards compatible with non-WordPress MU installations.

Thank you @jwineman for the PR I will check it out today (was traveling)

now knowing your code snipit, why do you use:

    why not use:

For the domain mapping plugin I am using, it adjusts the get_home_url() to output the mapped domain. I dont know how the other domain mapping plugin works but thats how mine is.

    Hi @jiggaman,

Previously get_site_url() allowed us to set page rules to the correct uri. The current version does not have that feature.

If you change from get_site_url() to get_home_url() does it work for you? If so you’re welcome to open a PR
