Every time I add quotes and then save by clicking Edit, it says it saved, but when I go back into it, there are no quotes in the box. I have tried pasting the code in shortcode widgets and no quotes show up there either. No support at site or help in forum.

For future readers I was able to assist the reviewer to get the plugin working. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to update reviews as the poster desired to change feedback.
