 * I have worked and worked trying to get this plugin to work and it will not display
   on the side bar. It only has the title “Opening Hours”
 * I have saved it in the settings and then when I leave and come back to settings
   nothing is saved.
 * Please help, I’d really like to use this plugin.

    which WP version do you use?
 * Sometimes it helps to go to the “Settings”-Tab in the Opening Hours Section and
   to re-choose the time and date format and then to save it.

 * Seems like it has trouble with the wp_options (this is where the data is saved).
   Which version of WP do you use? Which settings do you mean, the Widgets or the
   Opening Hours Settings Tab? Does is throw any error or warning messages?
 * Maybe 1.2, that will be released in the next few days will solve the problem
