I have just installed Connections, but it wont work. I have written the shortcode on the page it is. But when I go to the page, there are written “Add to address book” two times, but when I click on it nothing happens. You can visit my site here: meework.com. You need to make a user, but you can make a test-user, and I will delete it afterwards.
The conenctions plugin is under the menu “Business” and is titled “Connections”
Did you enter any info for the entries? They seem blank? Can you share screen captures or grant me a temp admin account?

The page where the shortcode is located is the page called “Connections” in my page menu.
I want people to make business connections. Therefore i need a form for companies, where they can write their business information in, and other users will be able to attach them selves or something to the company, is that possible.
And one form for regular users, where they can write a little about them selves, and what company, they are working at. And people will also be able to some way attach themselves to that user.
I think that the form or template the companies should use, should have a more business look than the form/template the regular users should use. That should be more personally.

If you can make it something like that, that would be perfect. I don’t know if it will look better if I buy some of your extensions? Maybe you know what will be the best solution for the cause.
Are you the user on my site called “test-user”. Then I will give you an admin account.
What I mean with that the users can attach themselves, I mean that follow the users or business, that are posting. I know that Buddypress have its own follow system, but can you make something that will do, that users can follow or add themselves to the posts?

I’m sorry, but I think your requirements far exceed the current capabilities of Connections. I can’t think of anything on the market that will give you a turnkey solution. Maybe using a combination of a custom post type, the Posts2Posts plugin, Gravity Forms and using the BuddyPress follow system.
If you would still like to use Connections, I am still willing to take a look to see why those entries are showing blank. The test_user account is the one I created.

You are very welcome to look at it. Maybe you just do it, so the can fill in a form, a little bit more personal. And the companies can fill in a form, that is more business orientated.
Have you been looking at it. Will it look better if I buy some of your extensions?
I logged back in. The two entries that are were entered have no actual details entered, not even a name. I added a new entry with the name of Text User. No, if you go to the Business : Connections page where the two blank entries are … you will now see a third entry, Test User. So, to remove those two blanks, you will have to delete them and add new ones with the details you want displayed.

I would be very very graceful and really appreciate it, if you would make two form for me, when you got time.
Instead of the menu I have now called “Connections” I will make to sub-menus, called “Business Connect” and “People Connect” One for regular members, and one for business.
Then they will be able to choose one of these to forms, and submit their information. And then other members or business can click on the “Add to address book” so they get their information.
Do I need the ““Form” Pro Module” to do that?
And I would really like to buy the cMap and Title Plus Template.
If I buy these tree additional things, will you then could make a contact form for people using the “Title Plus” and a contact form for Business using the “cMap” and also by using the “Form Pro Module”, so they can write their own information in directly from my website. The “Title Plus” should be used for the sub-menu “People Connect” and the “cMap” for the sub-menu “Business Connect”
If I buy these things, will you then do me this favor. I would really appreciate it.
Yes, you could use Form and configure each instance to be more individual or organization based. Hover, the design/appearance will remain the same. Only what fields are displayed can be somewhat configured. See this page:
Not sure I understand the contact form with cMap and Tile Plus … could you explain further. So you know, neither of these templates show the “Add to Addressbook” link. This is because of overwhelming requests not to have it. However, if you have very basic understanding of PHP I can provide you with some direction on how to add it.
I can’t quite determine if you were asking or not but, sorry, I can not do custom work for you.

The londontango site is using a little older version of the cMap template which they customized a little. They removed the gradient background.
They are also using the Form add-on.
Yes, Form can be used with the Tile Plus template. Actually you use it with any template.
