Hi replied,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble uninstalling it. That sounds like maybe you have something else in your install that is causing JavaScript errors in your WordPress admin, which is, in turn, stopping that box from working correctly. What happens if you just use the “skip and deactivate” button? That should clear it. If not, could you have a quick look in the developer console in your browser and let us know what JavaScript errors show there? A screenshot might help more. That should hopefully indicate to us what’s causing the problem.

Thank you Jay. I honestly did not notice the ‘skip and deactivate’ link in the right hand corner of the modal box. I followed that route and it has uninstalled and I have been able to delete. Thank you and my apologies for my own ignorance, which actually caused the negative rating, became very infuriating. The plugin is just simply needed and have since moved on.
Thanks again
Stephen
Hi Stephen,
That’s no problem at all. Just glad you were able to find it in the end. Do you think you could maybe update your rating to reflect the fact that we got that resolved? It would be much appreciated.
Thank you!
My review may have been a bit tarnished due to the uninstall issue, however the response from support was very helpful. The plugin itself worked fine but didn’t give me all the features I required.
