# won’t toggle, lost all data

 * I set this plugin up years ago and it has worked perfectly for a long time, so
   thank you. That being said I checked my website and noticed all of the FAQ’s 
   were gone. Fortunately I had a word document saved but I had to start from scratch.
   Afterwards, it seems the menu won’t toggle open on either Edge or Firefox. I’ve
   changed the settings and put them back and it still doesn’t work. Any clues?
