  • After days of trying to sync and contacting support etc, it is still saying that I have an error. Not worth the headache. Shame, I was looking forward to using this feature.

    I see you just created a support thread but didn’t allow enough time for our support team to respond.

    Based on your thread, it appears you’re experiencing an issue with Instagram. When setting up the extension, we recommend leaving the “Instagram Shopping” option unchecked as the extension isn’t fully compatible with Instagram.

    The extension was developed primarily for syncing products to the Facebook catalog/shop. After the setup, you can then add your Instagram account to the connected business manager account, to allow you to share the Facebook catalog with Instagram. (Allowing you to tag your products on Instagram updates)
