 * You can switch to another user but you can’t switch back. You have to log out
   and log back in again.

   back? Do the “Switch back” links not show up? Or do they show up but not work?

 * This must be an issue caused by a plugin or theme on your site, or some over-
   zealous caching. Try deactivating your other plugins and see if the problem disappears.
