 * Hello, Since this plugin’s last update to v3.5, for some reason our form will
   no longer submit. Any ideas why?

 * Thanks for contact and sorry for delay reply.
    Please update plugin, we have 
   make changes based on Latest contact form 7 and add some security related changes
   in plugin.
 * Also you can check you site email working or not because plugin submission depended
   on email function, if email not works on you site then plugin not works properly.
