• I purchased this plugin with the thought of trying it out and then if I didn’t like it, id request a refund. They say 30 day guarantee which I thought would be great. They were really responsive to my initial support requests as I was having trouble getting it set up and actually using it. It is not very user friendly at all like the one I currently am using.

    I didn’t like the way it was integrating with my theme and decided I wanted to go with a different plugin. When I asked for a refund they just stopped replying.

    I know someone else who uses the plugin(close friend) so I had her message asking for support to see if they’d answer and they did. So they can respond to her, but not answer my emails looking for a refund. I will be disputing this with my bank as they obviously have no intention on issuing the refund.
