# Won’t Register

 * Hello, I have always had zero issues with WordFence, so it is to my surprise 
   to have a really annoying issue that may of been from the recent update?
 * I installed the Plugin, and registered, then when I try to navigate the options
   in Wordfence, it asks me to finish the registration!?
 * I tried again, and no matter what, Wordfence wont register, I tried other emails,
   reinstalling Wordfence, but it just keeps asking.
 * Anything to do to resolve?

 * So the initial registration screen just keeps coming up? Can you look at the **
   Wordfence Tools** > **Diagnostics** page and scroll to the **Database Tables**
   section? Click the arrow to the right to expand the section and look for the 
   table that has **wfconfig** in the name. It will look something like this :

   Look at the first column to the right of “wfconfig”. Does it say anything about
   being crashed?
