Won't load fully in internet explorer. PLEASE HELP ME

    My wordpress site Quotingquotes.co.uk loads perfectly in safari and firefox but it does not load my menu and its dropdown function. Please help. I use firefox but i know many people still use internet explorer even though it is rubbish
