Thanks for the report. This seems to be happening when trying to execute a cron event that has missed its schedule, as is the case with your events.

I’ll take a look into it.

P.S. The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is most likely the reason none of your events are firing.

Hi @johnbillion Thanks for your reply,

I have a server side cron job set up to happen every 30 minutes, hence the reason for the diable_wp_cron set to true.

My hosting, siteground aren’t being very helpful if I’m honest. My cron events seem to be running better now, however I’ve just done a bit of testing and you’re correct I cannot manually run either past or current cron jobs at the moment.

I also do not seem to be able to save new events either?

    Huge thanks

    Hello

I’ve just released a new version which fixes the ability to immediately run an event which has missed its schedule. It’s been a long time since I’ve worked on a site where the cron runner is completely broken so I hadn’t noticed that this functionality no longer worked.

Note that when you run a cron event it has no effect on the existing, scheduled event, so if you run an event that’s missed its schedule it will still show up as having missed its schedule, which is correct. You’ll need to fix your cron runner in order for missed events to actually run according to their schedule and not show up as missed.
