Won't import, won't show error log

    I’ve lost track of how many attempts I have made to try to get this to work. SO FRUSTRATED. Every time, I get the same message: “No user was successfully imported, please check the error log.” When I click to view the error log, it’s blank.

    I’ve searched and read countless support forum posts, but nothing works. Anyone have any luck yet?

    I’m using Paid Membership Pro, and want to import members. PMP says I need to use this particular Import Users from CSV. Otherwise, I found a different import plugin that actually works.
