Won’t connect

Hi,
i Installed the plugin and try to connect.
Everything works, it tells me it is connected.But when i press the button, (which is almost not visible) nothing happens?
Can you help?

Could you please provide a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.
Also, when you say the button is unresponsive, at what point is this happening and what button are you selecting? Are you clicking to confirm the connection, attempting to run first sync, or something else entirely?
If you can let us know we’ll be happy to look into the issue further.

May I know where did you see this window, it’s right on Facebook or on your WooCommerce backend?

Yes it does. It looks like you are not able to click the button completely and that is why there is no action.
Could you try to scroll with your mouse / touchpad in the field or maybe zoom out with your browser. This should make the button jump a little so you can fully click it. Or try to select the text and then scroll down. Like this:
Does any of that work maybe? I just wanna make sure that you can properly click on the button as a first step, because it really looks like everything else is working ok.

While I couldn’t really understand the options shown on your setup screen, it did look like you were selecting existing account/assets.
Can you start the setup again but create new assets instead? If you’re not already using Facebook Business Manager, I recommend creating a new Business Manager account, pixel, etc, during the setup.
Please give that a try and let me know if helps.
If the issue persists, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support so we can investigate the issue directly. (I suspect we may have to delete the Facebook tables so you start the setup afresh and check if something on your site could be affecting the setup). You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
