Wonderful prompt support

Hi, my name is Steve. I have been a WordPress user now for over three years. I own 240 domains and personally have 40 web sites under development.

I use Onepress Plus on six sites or more and will be testing some of the other themes very soon.

My time as an insurance broker well exceeds the cost of any plugins from wordpress so when plugin support “sucks” or it takes days to get my point across “no plugins is worth” the price I pay for it because my time is MONEY.

This is NOT the case with Onepress. I get prompt attention, generally within 24 hours. I do not get passed off to different people each time and have to repeat my efforts. NO! I get personal service.

Adding to the excellent ticket response… If I have sub-topic question I can ask it without having to set up another ticket and get assigned to someone else again taking up time.

I cannot say enough about the great support and communications.
