    I’ve been using NinjaForms for quite a while now… and just love their forms. Besides Sign UP and Contact Me forms, I’ve been able to incorporate their upload extension to use for my online students to submit homework and enter photo contests. I’ll be adding the paypal extension as part of my next webupdate. Ninja Forms are as simple or complicated as you need them to be, it’s easy to create forms, and the interface is user friendly. I highly recommend Ninja forms to anyone!

    Update – just added the Conditional logic extension – AWESOME! With the ability to include logic to my forms – I can provide my viewers with better feedback and my customers with better customer service. Thanks Ninja Forms!
