Wonderful customer support

Completely forgot about a recurring annual payment for this plugin used on a WordPress site that currently does not function. Even though the oversight was my fault entirely and the payment had already gone through, they nevertheless understood and granted me a refund, literally minutes after I contacted them. One of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had.
