Wodpress front controller

    Hi all,

    I’m using wordpress 4.2.3 in my site with Woocommerce plugin. When I access to a category page the URL is like: http://mysite.com/?product_cat=category.

    I want to know where this parameter “product_cat” is parsed because I want to make a custom search form and I want to add custom filters. With those filters I want to search products and “make” the list with the original template and the filtered products.

    I only want to know where are all of these GET variables parsed and processed, to add custom code.

    If anyone knows any workaround (with no plugins, please), it’s ok too.
