Wocommerce Qty input Not Working in Mobile View

Very nice magical plugin.

I have a order form table based on woocommerce here

Your plugin converts the data responsive as promised but the quantity input is not working only on mobile view. Whatever changes made are not reflected or updated. How to enable it?
