wocommerce not support in my site. plz help

in my site i use wocommerce plugin. but today its make 500 error and hosting provider said that was for wocommerce plugin. i use divi theme for my site. hosting provider said contact with plugin support. its so much important use wocommerce in my site. can anyone give me solution how i can use wocommerce in my site? ???
