# Wocommerce mobile app issue

 * I have downloaded the woocommerce mobile app, and i have allowed the notification
   also, but i am not getting any notification on new order. Please look into this
   issue..

 * I understand that you are not receiving “New order” notifications on the Woo 
   App, is this correct?
 * Since [Jetpack is specifically needed for the push notifications](https://woo.com/posts/try-the-new-woocommerce-mobile-app-for-key-metrics-order-look-up-and-notifications-cha-ching/),
   can you please make sure that the Jetpack connection is active and working correctly.

 * Yes.. checked, jetpack connected properly and it is active.. what may be the 
   problem?

 * Thanks for confirming that Jetpack is properly connected and active.
 * As a next step, I’d suggest uninstalling then re-installing the WooCommerce mobile
   app as this sometimes tends to fix some unknown issues.
