I’ve set the popups translatable, translated them, but the translation doesn’t kick in when I switch the language of the site.
    Any way to fix this?

    Hello,

Can you please elaborate more with the link and screenshot.
Did you mean popup click is not working or translated content is not showing you?

    Thanks

The translated content is not showing, it shows the original language

    Hello,

Please translate the popup post for all languages and then check.
suppose you have two languages English and French and English is the main language then also create or translate ‘Popup anything on click’ post for French.

    Thanks

Yes, that’s what I did already, all popup posts are in 2 languages, orignal + translation and the translations are marked as completed

    Hello @rafikwp

Please check this plugin with WMPL

I went through with WPML support and managed it to work.
The summary of the problem is that:

    – translation creates new posts with different language and also different IDs -> you have to “translate” the shortcodes to reflect correct IDs in respective languages
    – while creating the translations, you have to scroll down and select “Show system fields” and switch all popup plugin’s fields to “Copy”, in my case – click on image causes pop-up – lead to no images showing
