    Hi @dnn,

It looks like there is javascript from another plugin active, and is hiding the buttons from Complianz. Can you check if deactivating your other plugins resolves the issue?

    Hi @dnn,

Any luck? We use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ to troubleshoot sometimes, the front-end stays the same but you can deactivate plugins to see what might cause the issue,

    Let me know!

I found the problem: it was a conflict with the official fontawesome plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/font-awesome/)

    Hi @dnn,

Makes sense, we use FontAwesome as well, but they should not intrude on our admin pages. It won’t affect the front-end, so you can configure Complianz and activate Font-Awesome again. From 5.0 onwards Complianz won’t use FA anymore, so this problem will be gone.

    Thanks for your feedback,

    regards Aert

I just change the plugin technology option (font-awesome) to WEBFont and the problem is gone (https://i.imgur.com/9KftmAs.jpeg)
