Withdrawal doesn’t seem to work

    Hello,

    We have a WCFM and agreed to a withdrawal by bank transfer inquiry. The original amount was paid by the customer through Stripe. The withdrawal is marked as « complete » but the vendor did not receive the amount and nothing appears in Stripe.

    What should be done?

    Bank Transfer is a manual withdrawal method.

    Admin has to pay amount manually to vendor’s bank account.
