With WordPress 6.5.2, I can’t get the information to the confirmation screen.

    As the title says, WordPress 6.5.2 is not able to retrieve the information on the confirmation screen.
    With 6.4 I was able to.
    Please help me because I need this plugin for my work.

    Hi,

    WordPress 6.5.2 is working fine for me. Can you try disabling all other plugins and using the default wordpress theme to see if that helps?

    The sample here is on WordPress 6.5.2 and is still showing the previous form data ok:

    Thank you for your comments.
    After verifying, I turned off “Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7” and it works.
    However, I am having trouble because I also need Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7. 🙁

    I solved the problem, but now it is blank with too many items.
    Is there a limit to the number of items in a form?

    Hi,

    Yes, there is a limit on the cookie size per site. There is a Pro version available to get around this. You can read more about the cookie size limitation here:

    It used to work fine, but have the specifications changed recently?

    Hi,

    The specifications are based on the browser limitations. Note that the cookie size limitation is for the whole site, not just the form. If you added any tracking or anything that uses cookies on the site, that could’ve pushed it over the limit. And of course what you enter in the form matters too.

    I found the root cause.
    It was due to the server’s waf settings.
    I turned off waf and it was fine.
