 * Hi,
 * I don’t want to ‘insert’ it in my post/pages, I just want to include a link to
   the file, but when people click on it that the file is opened in the browser 
   first before it’s being downloaded (needs to work on mobile and computer), is
   that possible?

 * You can do that, but you can create the link without any plugins. If you’d like
   you can use Google Viewer directly to generate the links.
