    Hi,

I use wp gridbuider for my product archive, inside the product cards i added the shortcode:
    [wishsuite_button product_id="{{post.id}}"]
This renders a wishsuite button to the card and if clicked, the product successfully gets added to the list, but on page refresh the card does not show that the product is already added to the list and i can click it again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you very much for reaching out to us 🙂

We have thoroughly read your message. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience you had.

With due respect, we’d like to inform you that this sort of issue should not have happened if the product ID gets passed properly into the shortcode.

Could you please check if the product ID is being passed correctly as an attribute of the shortcode?

If you are not sure how to do this, feel free to get in touch with us through our support website.

    Hi @marcokiel77

The pleasure is all mine 🙂

Thanks a lot for your response. We have checked the website you shared with us.

Our “WishSuite” plugin allows data to be saved in the browser cookie even if a user is not logged in. We think your website is not allowing the cookie to store the data somehow. That might be the reason why you are having the issue.

Could you please try to add a product to the wishlist after logging in to the store?

Alternatively, you can also check whether the cookie is disabled on your site or not.

But, it would be better if you could get in touch with our support team via our support website.

Our support team will surely assist you with that.

    Best regards,
    Tarek
