    Hi,

    Here is my wish list for this to really function well whether it be in the free or paid version.

    • Ability to add our own Payment methods. For example we have our own EFTPOS terminal in store and accept cash so the ability to have both options.
    • Option to ship the orders to customers as we do a lot of phone orders as well so to able to select one of the shipping methods from Woo would be perfect
    • Ability to reduce the price of just one item on the order rather than the whole order
    • For orders that needed shipping it stays in Woo as Processing
    • Ability to search for customers via email or phone

    Please find the answers as follows:

    • We also wish to offer that flexibility but there have technical limitations actually. Of course, you can have your own payment method but every payment gateway/methods have their own way to work which requires integration. And the integration process could not be plug and play type, it requires coding. If you are known with codes and templates, you can surely do that by customizing the plugin 🙂
    • This is actually going beyond the meaning of POS system. Point of Sale doesn’t deal with shipping. When you need to consider shipping, it’s not under the POS anymore. You can consider it as an online marketplace.
    • Yes, having a discount for an individual product might be a good feature and we have a plan for it 🙂
    • That’s not in our plan at this moment as it’s related to number 2.
    • You can search customer by email 🙂
