    I’m trying to archive an old website and just wanted a twitter widget that worked with it, and this was what there was… this is a mess and unreliable and uses !Important in it’s code often so it’s difficult to custom style. Interface is a slow disaster. I’m only leaving a review so I can hopefully get an extension of the “trial” so I can finish getting my site archived without it’s ugly error message after having put a ton of hours into styling it…..

    Edit: big surprise… leaving a review didn’t work so now I have to find something else again. This is a horrible plug in… stay away.

    Hi Julia,

    Hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concern.

    As I can check, You activated the plugin last month on 14th April and embedded a twitter feed during your free trial. Since the Free Trial is valid for 14 days and Twitter is not available in our Free Forever Plan, your widget was paused at the end of the free trial.

    We are happy to offer an extension on the free trial for few days in exception cases when customer request us by reaching out via Email/Chat however leaving a negative review isn’t the right or ethical way to get the extension.

    We also noticed that you have now signed up directly on our web app with a different email address and embedded the twitter widget in the free trial of the new account.

    We request you to remove or update your review as the Twitter feed is not available in the LITE (Free Forever) Plan and the error message shown is the expected and correct behavior. We are also revamping our plugin interface to provide a better quality and seamless experience to our users. If you have any specific concerns or issues with the Plugin, Please feel free to reach out to us and we would be happy to resolve the same on priority.
