WireNews sidebar problem

Hi everyone,

I am using the WireNews theme by NewWPThemes.com I have a sidebar that has some hard-coded features that can be turned off or on, but are not visible in the widgets menu so I cannot change their position.

I have a shopping cart widget I want to be displayed above the search box. It must be hardcoded because it is also not on the widget menu. What do I have to edit to move that to the top?
