Wired image movement

Hey everybody,

first I would like to thank you for this awesome theme! I allready bought a unlimited license to support you guys, great job!

I have developed a new website for a non-profit organisation and I am basically done (actually allready moved the dns-records to the new site)!

But I found a strange thing that looks like a bug. I made some nice images for news articles to appear as the post picture. And I (at least I believe) made it nearly the same size as the field. The can have a look at it here: http://www.tum-bwl.com/neue-website/

But when I load the page the picture appears at its normal position and size (fitting) for some secounds than it moves down and zooms in for no reason, leaving a big white blank space between the picture and the menu bar. Unexpected image movement/cropping/zoom has been a major problem through the whole site but here I just cant find a solution.

Is their a way to fix this? (hopefully my image size was allright…)
