I´ve done a stupid, stupid thing.
I tried to use the photo gallery tool provided by my hosting company, 1and1. When the tool installed, it courteously wiped my wordpress blog off my webpage (marykennon dot com). The files are still there; to my untrained eye, they look just fine in their FTP space.
Whatever´s been put amiss, I can´t discern. If it helps to know, one of your knights in shining armor did the free five minute install for me not too terribly long ago. He set it up so that the blog would display at the domain name, not in a subdirectory. He also had a trick whereby he put the files in another subdirectory named after my domain, so that I could perhaps add other names later.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to set the situation to rights? I´m a Peace Corps volunteer living in Paraguay and subsisting on occasional Internet cafes so my response might be slow, but I´d really appreciate any words of wisdom you can give.
