 * You can add a theme to your site without downloading or unzipping it from Themes
   > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.
 * As for unzipping a downloaded theme on your computer, it should only require 
   your OS’s built-in decompression software. If you’re on Windows and it’s requiring
   you to pay for something, I recommend asking about that in a Windows support 
   forum.
