 * Hi there, just a simple question. When you say you don’t support Windows, do 
   you mean the FTP site? I have a Windows FTP site and am looking for a plugin 
   with this type of protection. Can you recommend anything?

 * It is not compatible with Microsoft Windows operating system. Windows servers
   are known as IIS (Internet Information Services).
    If you have a Linux server,
   it will work.

 * Hi I have checked with my hosting provider and they have confirmed I am on a 
   Linux server. Is this alone sufficient given I use Microsoft Windows?

 * It is fine if you have a Linux server.
    It does not matter if your own desktop/
   laptop is using Windows or Apple, the plugin will be installed on the server 
   only.
