Windows server support – forward slashes

Hey there,

Thanks for the great plugin – super easy to use and understand, and it works just like you’d expect! Looking forward to making good use of this.

I’ve got one small request – on a Windows server the plugin outputs portions of the URL with backslashes – I guess because it’s grabbing a portion of the URL directly from the disk location. This means the images aren’t loading over http, unless I str_replace the slashes on the src before using it.
