# Windows Edge browser issues?

 * First of all, let me say thanks to the author for this plugin.
 * Has anybody run into problems with the new Windows Edge browser? I have an animation
   that runs fine on every other platform. On Windows Edge the static objects show
   up, but no animations occur. Not sure if it’s just an issue with Windows Edge
   or something else. I have a slider on the webiste that uses JS and it seems to
   work ok.
 * Not a huge issue as I modded the animation to look like a static image for the
   luck Windows edge users… (clever me…).
 * Using Souffle’ theme.

 * Hi, sorry but I don’t really have the resources to look into a lot of issues 
   myself anymore. Couple of things you could do: Have you checked the EA forum?
   Does EA work in windows edge well in general? Could be the EA runtime that is
   causing the problem. Try running the animation standalone in edge and see what
   happens. Which version of EA are you using? Does the console show any errors?
   Often it is good to try to get a really simple animation working to see if that
   already causes problems. Themes are also often causing problems, if you have 
   the chance, try to use the standard theme and see if that works.

   appreciate it.
 * I’ll try your suggestions and see if anything turns up. Will post findings here.

 * Thanks for your suggestions. Appears that it may be theme related (Souffle’) 
   and specific to Windows Edge. I’ll let you know if I’m able to find the ultimate
   resolution.
