 * I am a completely newbie I currently use wordpress.com and wish to migrate to
   wordpress.org.
 * I have created by SQL database with my host and I’m trying to install but advised
   that I need to use SQL Server software to add files to my host but non of them
   seem to be compatible with Windows 10.
 * I’m sure I am doing something wrong
 * Is there any advice you can give a complete novice on how to get started?
 * I would greatly appreciate any help.

 * If you are looking to set up a server environment on a windows 10 system, then
   I recommend that you install packaged software that includes everything you need.
   [XAMPP](http://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/files/XAMPP%20Windows/5.6.12/xampp-win32-5.6.12-0-VC11-installer.exe/download)
