Yes, the wpDiscuz works fine, but you’ll need to use the following shortcode:
<!– wp:post-comments /–>
Hey
I have gone through the plugin settings and looked at how much we can modify these as well as the form itself. I see the really good work which has been applied to the plugin. This is really well done!
This is what I did.
Activated Twenty Twenty Three.
I went to the Single Template in the Site Editor. Removed the current Comments block. Then added a Shortcode block and the shortcode:
<!– wp:post-comments /–>
Saved the template. Went to a blog post to view the commenting system, but even after a few hard refreshes it did not show up.
I began exploring the shortcode. I got this shortcode working:
<!– wp:post-comments –> but the tool bar containing styling options like B, I, U etc did not show up correctly. These were cascading downward to the right like a staircase going down.
Do you happen to have a Github etc setup to where I can add an issue containing screenshots?

Let me know of adjustments you want me to make.
It is still not working/not seen on the frontend when using the new default theme of Twenty Twenty Three (Full Site Editing).
I went ahead and published the tutorial here: https://easywebdesigntutorials.com/how-to-use-disqus-comments-in-wordpress/
Dear @paaljoachim,
Please check out the new version of the wpDiscuz plugin (v. 7.6.0). Now it supports Gutenberg blocks.
Great! It now works nicely. I have updated the tutorial.

Let me know if there are any adjustments you would like me to add to the tutorial.
