    Hi so the customer made an order then I went into the order I added the tracking number will the customer get an email with the tracking number?

    Hi, We are not sending emails on adding tracking information. We include tracking information in order status email. We have an option for which order status emails you want to include tracking information. You can set it from AST settings.

    Thank you for your reply so basically:
    – Customer Makes an Order
    – I ship
    – I put tracking Manually
    – Then send order status email manually?

    When you change the order status from processing to shipped(completed) email will send with tracking information.

    I have been using his plugins for a week, but I noticed that he is not sending the e-mails nor has he joined the personalized e-mails I have on my website.
    I am using WooCommerce Custom e-mails.
    Do you not integrate with him?

    Hi, the AST plugin is not responsible for sending the emails, it just adds the Tracking info to the order emails.
