Support » Plugin: Join My Multisite » Will that plugin work in order to split user table for each of my sub-domains?

  • Resolved catastr0phe

It looks like this plugin could be the solution for what I’m trying to achieve, but I would like to make sure before I use it.

I plan on having a network with main sub-domain: and then under this network I’ll add sites like this:, etc.

As each website is linked to each of my clients I MUST have the users attached to just one website.

I use a theme and a plugin in order to create the deal website.
    Here’s my concerns:

    1. Can I use the ‘Create a per site registration page’ for that?
    2. If yes, then can I use the default ‘Register’ page the plugin generates to place the code? And can the design be adjusted with what I’m currently using?

    1. Not exactly. It won’t limit people to ‘one’ site on the network. What it does it let you have people register on one site. You can even sign up for an account and have it automatically register them for that site (by default they aren’t added to any sites). But that doesn’t prevent people from being added to other sites. I think it’ll be what you’re looking for, though. Sounds like…

    2. Maybe? The code is in a shortcode, so you’d put [join-my-multisite] on the page, and it formats the registration stuff, but you can put text around it if you want. It’ll match your theme, though, if that’s what you’re asking 🙂
