Hi Czr2w1,
I checked your site and it seems like you are not using wp responsive menu plugin on your site.
Thanks

Sorry, I enabled it now and it appears to be now showing. However, now when I go to click on the menu or the 3 lines, nothing happens.

I see it. Both on my computer and Mobile Device. Did you ctrl + F5 your browser? I can provide you with an image if you provide me with your email address.

Okay, I got it. You just need to add this line to your css file and it would work fine.
#wprmenu_bar{
z-index: 9999;
}

Thanks. To which CSS specifically?
You can add to your theme css file. Go to appearance > editor and there put that line at the end of the file.

OK, I did that, but do not see any difference.
I guess it is getting over ridden by the plugin css. Just replace the above code with this.
#wprmenu_bar {
z-index: 9999 !important;
}
