Will not sort by Category

Whenever I click on a category all my blog posts are loaded. I’ll even try to click on a category in the meta data and all blog posts will display.

I’ve tried using a different permalink setting and it still doesn’t sort my posts.
Permalinks are now back to default and I’m running into the same problem.

Any advice?
