# Will not read database

 * I backed up the mysql data folder and the website root dir. tried upgrading and
   it failed.
 * Replaced everything back now wordpress will not read the database. I get a message
   Error establishing a database connection

 * Check your wp-config.php and make sure that the database name, username and password
   are all correct.
