I updated the player to the most current version, and the player has not worked since. The mp3's will not play, when click on a track you are prompted to log in. Also, when I try to edit the play list (delete, update) I get logged out of my WordPress site admin, and I cannot make any changes to it either. I like the player, but there's a few things going on here. sample is here: http://eddiefowlkes.com/?page_id=13

Ok have checked your code and the problem is that you've inputed some weird file paths in several of the fields... for example:
    ftp://detroitwax.com//detroitmp3.com/site1/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/ef-150x150.jpg

(you've got this in cover image field). If you click on link above you can see this is trying to access your ftp space directly hence it's asking for login details. Now when the page loads, the player is 'calling' this same filepath to try to get the cover image... and thus the login issue. You've done the same thing with other files (like the mp3s and oggs)

On a sidenote, you need to also correct a few other things:

    • You need to name your files properly... I can see you've got spaces, funny characters and other things in your file names which in general is a bad idea on websites
    • You need to create both ogg and mp3 files... not just the same mp3 file in the ogg field. Check faqs for more info.

    Ok hope this helps!

Ok, thanks for looking into my problem, and getting back to me.

The ftp link for the image, test site, noticed its to big as well....
Pretty much the same thing for the mp3 files, using them for testing, but thanks for the tip on the bad file names, will clean that up the paths too.

    Thanks again, helped a bunch!

Can I just delete the files (image, mp3s) and start over?
I also noticed this “javascrip:;” when you mouse over the links to EDIT and DELETE.
