    I really liked this plugin til I tried to deactivate it. It would not deactivate. I had to go back in and delete it. If it would have deactivated I would have given it 5 stars.

    I’m sorry to hear that. When you said it wouldn’t deactivate are you saying that it showed as ‘off’ on the admin side but on to the end user it still showed? Do you have a caching plugin installed? I’ve seen issues before where the cache needs to be cleared before the new state of maintenance mode is reflected.
