  • Like others; the plug in will not connect to my hosting provider; GoDaddy.

    SiteLock says call GoDaddy.

    GoDaddy has never heard of the plug in and says call SiteLock.

    Without being able to login, the plugin is worthless.

    Why doesn’t SiteLock call GoDaddy and just fix the issue?

    Hi A1HIGH,

    For GoDaddy login issues, please reach out to our customer support (support@sitelock.com) and provide more information such as your domain name. The connect process will only work for connecting to an account for the domain your plugin is installed.
