# Will not activate on multisite.

 * Trying to Network activate this plugin on a multisite gives the “Plugin could
   not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.” error.
 * A short google shows this has been a thing for a while. Can this get some support?

   network level.
 * We have not experienced this first hand. Could you try activating the plugin 
   on the first site that existed before you convert it to a multi-site?
 * Should the issue persists, it would be super helpful if you could provide the
   following to help investigate the issue.
 * 1) Write out each specific step you take to see the issue.
 * 2) Copy/paste any error messages (PHP logs, page errors, or dev tools console
   logs) you see.
 * 3) Attach or post screen captures of the issue (including error messages).
 * Please send the error logs and screen recording by submitting a support request
   in our website for security.

 * Thanks for getting back to me, and sorry for my delay.
 * Installing the plugin at the network level, then trying to network activate gave
   the fatal error.
 * However, going to the ‘first’ website in the multisite and activating, then going
   back to the network and activating for the network did in fact work.
