Will it be work if I don’t enable Enable Basic Firewall Protection?

I did not enable this function – Enable Basic Firewall Protection: because the limitation for the uploading at 10MB which my current setting at 128MB. I would like to find out IF I want to enable this Enable Basic Firewall Protection, am I able to change the upload file size back to 128MB or the AIO will roll it back to 10MB again? Sorry to ask noob question… Thanks
