    It Depends on the Plugin.
    If the plugin gathers the values from the $_POST data then it will work.
    However, if the Plugin gathers the values after the Encryption stores the values then it will not work.

    Unfortunately, I can’t tell you whether it will work or not, but I would recommend testing it on a Development server before you test it on Production. Or at the very least install the Encryption plugin and Activate it then test the process during your websites down time (Midnight, etc). If it doesn’t submit to mailchimp correctly then disable the Encryption plugin or remove it immediately.
